Locate a Provider

Read the instructions below and then click on the link above and find the providers in your local area.

 Conducting a Provider Search and Locating the fee schedule

1. Click on Provider Search on any of the ICP sites
2. Click on type of provider, try dental first, then primary care, specialists, and all the others
   
3. Put in zip code in box on left (Find Providers by Distance)
   
4. Click on Find Providers
5. Scroll down and look at all the pages of providers
6. If you want to see a the dental providers statewide use the box on the right and just put in the state.
7. If you look at the dental providers you will see name, address, phone and type of practice.
8. Click on the fee schedule. These are actual prices for dental codes.

Remember: The potential member wants to know two things....

• Where are the dentists located?
  
• How much money will I save?
