How to Get Your New IBO Started

It is important that you understand that everything you do must be able to be done by someone else. Duplication is the key to success in this industry. Your job is simply to get them plugged into 2-3 of the training calls weekly.
 
So follow the simple steps below

Read the welcome script immediately after you enroll the new person. 

  • Send the "Welcome to the Team" Email. (Below)
  • Set up their business plan appointment (if you need help contact your sponsor or team leader.)
  • So simple - just plug them in and watch them grow. 

Welcome Script to New IBO's

(FIRSTNAME), welcome to the team. How fast do you want to get your first paycheck? We want to help you get your first promotion and our team is willing to work hard with you so you can meet your goals. To do that we are going to need you to complete your training and do your business plan as soon as possible. 

Do you have that pen and paper handy. To start your training you want to go to our team training web site, it's www.roadtonvp.com. C
lick on the Getting Started link and complete all of the training in that area. Make sure you get your email address first in so you get all the team communication on a daily basis. 

I want you to call me as soon as you have
completed the training or have some questions. The training will show you all the things you need to do to get plugged in and start making money right away. On our next call we will talk about which marketing strategies you want to implement and how you are going to start contacting people to talk to. Next we are going to make sure that you get on the training calls that will help get your questions answered and get you the help you need. Our "On
the Job Training" calls are interactive and this is where you can ask all your questions and get help with your business.

When I got started and brought on new people, I found that I did not know all the answers, but I knew that I could point people to where they could get their questions answered. To keep this business simple we tell people to always ask their questions on the OJT calls... that way you always get the BEST answer. 

Most of us are working full-time and not always available so this system will work for you too. When you bring on a new business partner... you just need to plug them into to the system... so simple.

This is how we teach you to create a full-time income working part-time so you can still enjoy life or have the ability to do this on a part-time basis while you still work.

If you want to get your first paycheck this week then we need you to contact 2-5 people everyday. I am sure you want to get your first paycheck as soon as possible.

3-way them into your sponsor or your team leader and introduce them.
If you get an answering machine leave this message.

Hi (name), I know that you are very busy and wanted to introduce you to (their name). (Their name) just came on board and I know that he/she has the skills and qualities of someone who will be a real asset to the team. We will try you back later. BYE.

If they answer say, Hi (name), I know that you are very busy and wanted to introduce you to (new IBO name). She,he just came on board and I know they are going to be a real asset to the team. The leader will welcome them briefly and edify you. End the 3-way call.

As an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with AmeriPlan you have been assigned a unique identification number. This IBO# allows you to access your IBO Support Office, your marketing sites, and assures you get paid for the business you put on the books. Needless to say, it's a very important part of your business! Corporate should already have sent you an email with this number and your marketing websites.
We do have fast growing teams within AmeriPlan due to the training and support systems that have been put in place for us. Our team training website is www.roadtonvp.com  , and it is awesome! Many other teams in AmeriPlan use our training site to help their new people get going, so we are very proud of it.
Make sure and add your email address to the team newsletter by clicking on the link that says "Get Daily Email Blasts - Click Here". It will keep you abreast of the training calls available to you each day, as well as any special contests or promotions that may be going on.  
Next, click on the Getting Started link at the top and go through everything on that page. Anywhere there is a blue hyperlink, click on it, too, and do whatever steps are there, then resume your training at the 'Getting Started' page when done. Remember that this page is written for everyone, from first-timer to experienced, and for talkers to timid, so it has something of everything and doesn't mean you have to do it all. We just want to cover all the bases so people know their options. It won't take you that long, so no need to skip around, go ahead and take full advantage of all the steps.
You may receive emails from AmeriPlan's Corporate Office or Earnware with other training information. Please understand that everyone wants you to succeed, but it can be confusing and overwhelming. We ask that you put everything else on HOLD and just learn our simple system!

After you complete the 'Getting Started' training, let me know and lets get back on the phone and get you onto further training assignments so we can devise a plan of action - your goals, what strategies to implement, and a "schedule" of sorts. I have attached a document that you can fill out as you go through some of the Getting Started steps, as well as for when we talk further about getting into motion.
