Duplication - "The Main Thing"
Keeping the "MAIN
THING"the MAIN
THING
As you reach RSD, it is important to develop some new skills and to work with
the marketing team that you are starting to build and continue to stay focused on KEEPING THE MAIN
THING THE MAIN THING.
To keep things simple we need to focus on two things:
- The Business Side
- The "YOU Factor" (personal side)
|

|
Let's start with the Business side...
Business Goals
- Getting Started (Setting up websites, product knowledge, marketing tools,
getting connected)
- Your #1 Business Goal – KEEPING THE MAIN THING THE MAIN
THING
What is the MAIN THING?
How many times today will the
"AmeriPlan Story" be told by you or your business partners, by a 3rd
party tool or an event?

|
If you will teach this simple daily method of operation to all those on your
team, your business will certainly grow. After all if you, along with a small group of just
30 IBO's, were to expose two people a day, five days a week—that would create 60 exposures a day; 300 exposures a
week; 1,200 every month; 14,400 exposures in a year! This is just asking people to take a
GOOD LOOK. This
is what we call "Keeping the Main Thing the Main
Thing."
30 people 2 a day =
60
60 exposures x 5
days a week = 300
exposures
300 exposures x
week x 1 month = 1200 exposures a
month
1200 exposures a
month x 12 months = 14,400 a
year
If just 1% said yes
that is 144 new business
partners
If just 5% said yes
that is 720 new business
partners
If just 10% said
yes that is 1,440 new business partners
So every morning when you wake up ask yourself, "Am I KEEPING THE MAIN THING THE MAIN
THING?"
As you go to work did you
let the cashier at the gas station know the AmeriPlan story (did you give her a sizzle card),
did you let the person you have lunch with know the AmeriPlan story? How about the person in
line next to you at the bank? How many people did you call from your home and ask them to
take a GOOD LOOK? Did you leave information about the AmeriPlan story everywhere you
went?
When you expose two people a day remember to be yourself—the messenger—and let the message take care of
itself.
Your objective here is to bring the presentation to the
people, then follow-up, and get those people to the next presentation. BE THE
MESSENGER NOT THE MESSAGE
If you can teach that, you can build a financial wall around you and your family
that nothing can get through.
"KEEP THE MAIN THING THE MAIN THING"
How many new people did you talk to
today?
