FAX APPLICATIONS

You can fax a clear, dark copy of your member and IBO apps to 469-229-4589 or 469-229-4590. Make sure your IBO number is on each app so that you can get credit for it. Call IBO Support after eight business hours to make sure they received and processed the app. The number for IBO Support is 469-229-4501. This will take longer to process.
